That's part-and-parcel of being an IN. Doing a show like Jon's is exactly like doing a TV show. You constantly have to come up with ideas for new episodes. But whereas with a TV show when you run out of ideas you end the show, collect your residuals and then go on to do another show, your IN has to keep doing their show forever and ever because otherwise they're just not making any money. So stagnation is inevitable.
