A 10 second Google search tells me this is apparently the name of an underaged waifu character from Stranger Things, aka some Netflix show.
Also all the pictures had her wear a different shirt from what Lupa is rocking.

When I saw that photo it didn't even click that they were supposed to be wearing costumes. That's just how both of those retards normally dress.

Also I just noticed....
  • Phealous' cosplay has the "Venkman" name tag, despite the fact he uses the Real Ghostbusters color scheme which doesn't have that.
  • Eleven has dark brown hair. And her shirt appears to be usually dark blue.
