It seems as suspected Molyneux works/is part of Scientology. It's not 100% proof but taking into account what Molyneux talks about in his videos and how he operates it most likely is the case. I found a german version of freedomain radio where some dude translates Molyneux videos and the impression on the Youtube also points to various sites containing conspiracy theories.

I was too lazy to dig around more but all those weird sites I found I also stumbled upon in the past and they all preach the same stuff Molyneux teaches like the state being evil and things to make you get away from the state/parents etc.

A person claims that a site, which contains the same impression as the german version of freedomain radio is part of an undercover site for "Church of Scientology International".

There is also another channel where one german guy is translating Molyneux books.

I haven't found proof so far that any of the sites including Molyneux's is listed by the state as being part of Scientology but this is usually what Scientology does. They go undercover online with various sites. What they used to do is have campaigns on the streets and online about drug abuse to lure people in.
