That's not going to change. He'll be on his deathbed and still ranting about internet trolls and how dare some loyal fan tell him something he disagreed with back in 2010.

Is he still dying or is he in remission now?

To be fair that is cancer weight loss, which is probably the worst way to lose weight, so I can see why he'd be self-conscious about it.

Oh sure, but he can choose whenever he wants to be a piece of shit about it, or man up. And we all know which choices is pre-determined for him.

As for dying, he's claimed the tumor got smaller etc., so it's under control, and I think it's already been 3 years since he's announced he'll finally die soon, so he's holding on. Let's have a hope though, because cancer is a bitch that keeps coming back. Kinda like the man himself. I wouldn't wish it on most people, but him? Along with Booger, Spoony and maybe Lordfat, he's on my hitlist.

From what I've seen, he had a surgery that went well, so I think it's stalled for the time being.
