This nigga. Tervin was right when he said that if DSP was doing drugs, he'd be dead by now. Some dealer would have shot DSP for stiffing them on a drug deal. He doesn't pay ANYone. He goes to a lot of expensive restaurants several times a week and doing stupid shit like staying in hotels 10 miles form his house. Also buying collectors editions of games doesn't exactly help his situation either.

It's probably not even unusual for a tax guy to ask to be paid upfront. You've got to figure that most of his clients are having money problems.
