Fat cunt is deluding himself. MUH DOCTOR yeah sure. We all saw that doctor and we know the only reason he got the weight loss surgery was the doctor was willing to roll the dice on killing Boogie, weighed against the cost of the surgery ($$$) and Boogie's chances of living without losing weight.

This wasn't the first doctor Boogie went to. Do you think all the others agreed to do weight loss surgery? Hell no. He looked and looked and FINALLY found a dude willing to give him that surgery WITHOUT Boogie losing a bunch of weight first.

Something like that his body will somehow produce calories on it's own, so apparently he's really half plant now? Either way, I think that he said quite the opposite of how I imagine starvation mode should work, which would be your body burning your fats since you don't eat and therefore you're starving yourself. But if you're a Boogie, apparently you can just produce calories without eating so you'll conveniently don't lose weight.

When human body start burning fat as a main fuel source, basically it just keeps burning fat until there is no more. It's not really a starvation because human body is totally ok as long as it has access to enough glucose or fat on top of other necessary nutrients.

"Starvation mode" in landwhales happens only when they take half-assed amount of carbohydrate (glucose), because glucose makes their bodies release insulin and insulin prevents their bodies from burning body fat (their main alternative fuel source). And insufficient glucose means their bodies have to generate/preserve glucose on their own by breaking down muscle tissues, slowing metabolism and etc.

I guess he is supposed to be on extremely low-carb diet but secretly eating relatively small amount burgers/fries/soda and that's causing his "starvation mode".

He clearly has some sort of serious eating disorder where he just can't stop consuming carbohydrate, especially sugar. Abdominal surgery will never ever fix that problem because it's inside his head.
