No idea, since his podcasts weren't worth watching for years, but I remember that burping, it was horrible. People make fun of DSP, but Lordfat was truly disgusting with how many fucking burps he could unload with no self-reflection. At least in that regard I'll give Booger a pass, I don't believe he burps or farts in his streams, or at least not much.

Oh, and of course he "doesn't get it", after all, he's the butt of the joke. It's the same thing with any other nobody, the point is that they don't see how ridiculous they are.
