I'm honestly not sure. "Shy moe blob who always talks in a soft, whisper-y voice as if she's hoarse 24/7" is an actual archetype. There might even be Vocaloids with that gimmick, though it's hard to tell because their voices all sound so weird.

I remember their being audio CD's with hentai on the cover and the disc content was moaning and dick slurping and other nonsense. It's where I first heard about ASMR, if you searched through desuarchive I'm sure the Mediafire folder is still up.
