I'm still waiting for "Hitler" to redirect to "Trump".

I understand that some issues do only have one "correct" side, like evolution, but a lot of them don't and Wiki does seem to trend pretty far left on a lot of those.

I gave up on Wikipedia after GamerGate. They talk constantly about NPOV but that shitshow just demonstrated how compromised Wikipedia really is. The thing is that it wouldn't take very much to fix it but Jimbo Wales would rather put his fingers in his ears and pretend the problem doesn't exist. Probably because he agrees with the politics, it's the primary reason why so many of these people are allowed to get away with their shit.

There are way too many radfems in high positions at wikipedia. I only use it for stuff that has nothing to do with any kind of social faggotry. Wikipedia is a whole lot like Reddit, actually. You can only ever use the more obscure parts of the site and then really only to find the source of the information.

So like, I studied Japanese in college, lived in Japan for a time, and watched a ton of Japanese movies and '80s anime. I'm like, kind of an expert in this.
I've given up writing articles for this shit (and other stuff) because constantly one of two things happen:

1) Some guy says, "I've never heard of it" or "This is is non-notable" or both. Tags it for deletion with a bunch of acronyms I don't understand. And then like five assholes "debate" on it before I'm even aware of the deletion notice and decide to kill it.

2) I edit something and it is reverted by some cunt that stalks the page for all his waking hours. An edit war happens, and I always lose somehow.

Recently, my edits to '80s anime have been reverted/deleted by a 16 year old Brazilian communist. Someone who wasn't even alive in the '80s and doesn't know a thing about the anime/manga's reception, popularity, and "notability" in Japan or the USA.

But he's probably a much bigger weeabo and has an authentic, multi-folded katana hanging on his wall.

LOL! I have yet to buy a katana. I do have sais and nunchaku from when I was like 14.

*Insert nonsense about longswords being absurdly heavy*

I love it when weebs come with arguments like "The katana is superior because it's sharper. It can probably cut right through plate armor!"
The funny thing is that according to "sharpness is the god stat; don't worry about durability", the actual king of blades would be the macuahuitl, aka mankind's first (and so far only) monoblade.
