Anyway, I thought Alien 3 was a flawed, but very innovative conclusion to the trilogy.
You do know that there's a fourth one, right? And that Joss Whedon wrote it?

I wouldn't say he "wrote it" so much as he "blatantly ripped off ideas from the Aliens comic book series by Dark Horse". But remember, it wasn't Lord Whedon's fault his screenplay was garbage.

How many of these bloody movies are there, anyways?

(Seeing how this is a horror movie franchise, the answer is probably "way too many".)
Well, according to Doge Bradley, Dimension Films whores that franchise like Hellraiser to keep the rights.
And the answer is about ten(I wonder if Stephen King even knows).

What's it about, a PSA for solar energy?
Star Wars is about a rebellion fighting an empire and iconic movies, skip the prequels unless you're a huge masochist because they ruined everything
-On the internet, everyone end up being Spoony or Tim Buckley
-All fanbases are shit
-Most people had, have and will have shit tastes

FFS, I was kidding. I did watch some movies growing up, the big franchises like SW and Star Trek, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter etc.

I would say that vast majority of people don't know, so Stephie is not alone with that.

I like Get Out. I watched it for a second time and I think its got some real atmosphere and craft to it. Its doubly impressive considering it was directed from a fucking sketch writer.
Ignore the hysteria and appreciate the fact that its about Lindsey Ellis taking her black boyfriend up to meet her family.

If they still have the rights, how is Clive Barker making a reboot?

They must have some kind of deal in place with him, is all I can think of.

Hellraiser is tired as shit though. They tried to turn Pinhead into a Freddy Krueger-style villain in the 3rd movie. :/

Because they probably begged him to come back. Halfheartedly, considering the next Hellraiser is another DtV sequel without him or Bradley.
