What cracks me up but isn't surprising in the least is that Laura Dern's tumblr haired Buzzfeed Editor character is essentially a stand-in for Kathleen Kennedy. You have the old guard (Lucas) handing the reins over to the new woman (Kennedy) and Poe (the Toxic Masculinity Patriarchy) is mansplaining to her in less than a minute which results in a verbal bitchsmack that all the YASSS queens can seal clap at.

Considering how her arc ends up, I wonder if she realized that it unintentionally symbolizes that handing the franchise over to a woman was an awful idea

I just saw it, i never thought i'd say this but this was worse than the prequels since the fights in those were bad but i cared about what was going on in the fights then, here i just was bored and cringing
The old EU was less awful that this, it was awful shlock overall but it wasn't sjw stuff

Yeah, that australian guy is just one of many reviewers who is pointing out how force awakens was alright and they had some hopes going into last jedi, which were utterly destroyed.

Can't wait to see if JJ Binks tries to walk back all the deaths from this last movie.
