The Starkilled base (is that the name of the one in Force Awakened?) was kinda a little ring around a planet. So... I think it's either that they cover an entire planet or they either use Mustafar (the lava planet and Darth Vader's base) with maybe an ancient Sith artifact.

Ren and Rey (COINCIDENCE? I THINK SO! (the writers/producer noticed and changed everything so C-3PO says they are related) team up. Snoke is Emperor Palpatine and they fight. Luke was killed in The Last Jedi and now appears as a force ghost, but since he is so powerful in the force he, for a moment, turns non-force-ghost and brings Snoke/Palpatine with him back into the... uh force-ghost realm.
