Sounds like it, though apparently Captain America died in the comics but in the movie he doesn't because the Marvel films have to be safe as fuck with no stakes at all.
That was just the "magical time travel bullet" is was talking about earlier. They apparently figured that killing a main character off for a movie or two to then come up with a stupid way to bring him back would not make for good movies.

Well, at least Wolverine is still dead. I think.

Main universe Logan is still dead but this being Marlel there are replacement running around: X-23 is Wolverine now, they brought in Old Man Logan from that comic, Daken (Main Universe Logan so) might be around and they brought in Ultimate Universe Logan son and second Wolverine of that Universe

Marlel was a mistake

I bet a couple people wrote articles about how brave and stunning Marvel was for - yet again - having a female character start to coast off the good name and reputation of an already established male hero.

I didn't see those but you bet the usual suspects did it among the sites that report on comics, i just remem that a bunch of the shitty people on Marvel were hired by them from Comics Alliance for peanuts. Why do sites with the initials CA tend to suck?

That's not enough to them anymore, to gather that kind of attention she would need to be a black pansexual with a strong anti-Drumpf message.

A shame Marvel isn't into big dumb Crisis-tier events. They could turn all the heroes into black/hispanic transgender otherkin and all the villains into Trump clones.

No here's an idea: All Skrulls actually look like Trump.

Except they did do a big Crisis-tier event, Secret Wars, and that's basically what they did

And they do multiple events each year

But they don't really do multiverse-shattering pseudo-reboots like DC likes to do.

Except for Secret Wars. That was a Crisis event
