2. I admire Whedon for wanting a Batgirl movie to get made at all, but I also (as I've said) wish he would take on a producer role and let a woman direct it.
Oh Chud, but a woman IS directing it.

Anyway, Whedon should have been banned from movies forever after that stupid-ass running joke about Captain America's lecturing in Avengers 2. Cobie Smulders forever ceased being hot in that party scene. Tipsy baby talk? Really? Fuck you, Browncoat/Buffy shits.

This just in Wedon is having to do massive reshoots because Snyder''s cut of Justice League was so fucking horrible.

Warner Bros. Just refuses to learn.

Kill more Snyders I say. Keep him away from a movie set.

I love that Snyder is getting fucked over, the man is a turbo hack. However, getting Whedon to handle the reshoots is completely fucking retarded. He doesn't have anything in common with Snyder so his parts of the movie are going to hideously clash with Snyder's parts of the movie. It's like bringing in Tim Burton to handle reshoots of a Michael Bay movie.

So, we're gonna get Snyder's god awful cinematography and slow mo porn coupled with Whedon's insufferable snarky dialogue (AKA personal projections of himself in every character) and liberal opinions?

Only parts of it since it never interested me. It was around the time Firefly aired when I realized how much of Whedon's writing was ego fellating cancer. Was Buffy worse or on par with his typical shit writing in current_year?

How dare you, Snyder's cinematography is pure genius! Music video style flashiness and heavy-handed religious symbolism are the highest forms of ART! Here's my 500 word essay explaining the nuanced genius of Snyder's films:

It can be good when used correctly, like in 300 & parts of Watchmen.

When he's left unrestrained, we get shit like Sucker Punch, MoS, and BVS. Overhyped action sequences on crack.

I think 300 and Dawn of the Dead are the only movies where Snyder's aesthetic fit the material he was working with. Watchmen is actually one of the biggest examples of his aesthetic not working, Watchmen is supposed to be a deconstruction of capeshit but Snyder's flashiness and ultra badass action sequences make it feel like regular capeshit.
