And do you really think either Russia or China would give him top shelf shit? He can be happy to get outdated and likely not potent anymore trash they sort out and he best be glad for it.

I mean as kugel sorta pointed out, the moment he tries to do something they call big daddy china to tattle on him, because china depends on us just as much as we depend on them. However if we both lost each other the USA would be mostly decent but china would be fucked.
