Impeachment doesn't even mean much. It's a majority-vote in the house and the Senate isn't even even required to hold a trial over it.
To remove from office you need a 2/3 vote in the Senate. Also the Senate has to confirm cabinet nominations in the first place (the president doesn't just unilaterally put them into position).
