Apparently he walked in with the sounds of ‘Ode to Joy’, which tells you everything you have to know.
Le Pen was unelectable in a country like France after her comments about Russia and Islam.
France likes to wave it's flag, but similarly to Sweden They are proud of not being proud, and love to say how much French that is.

For the uninformed, that is the EU's anthem. He refused to use the French national anthem and chose that instead. And yet he had the nerve to have the French flag on his podium, and his stupid supporters waving a flag he clearly hates. Just like that cunt Merkel when she threw down the German flag.

It's one thing to be overly Nationalist, it's another to completely hate your own country. The fucker wants Merkel style immigration to a country that already has suffered under Islamism and as mentioned already he said the French have no culture.

I guess this will always be the real French flag:

I don't think it's a lack of nationalism. They rather found a way to repurpose the energy that comes from that into a love for some kind of abstract Idea of a nation-less state that is bounded under the idea that tolerance and other virtues that come from modern liberalism can replace every value structure created by tradition. If you are tolerant enough then You are French no matter who you are and where you come from. The open society utopia. That's way they would still wave this flag It's a flag of the revolution (this time the cultural revolution). freedom equality brotherhood toleracnce democracy etc.
Maybe there is a French version of this ?

At some point French had their Napoleon, but earlier than Germany they learned that's the wrong path.

So Marxism, which is extremely anti-country, which is anti-nationalism. That is a lack of nationalism when you think about it.

By the time the next elections come more aging French will die off leaving more votes to cuckold millennials and ever increasing Muslim hoards. It's only going to get worse, to a point where the society starts to adopt Islamic laws into their constitution to appease the Muslim masses.

Apparently Generation Z are more conservative than their parents and older siblings, and they'll be able to vote next election. There will also almost certainly be more attacks, which could have the effect of galvanising a lot of people to vote against the very liberal policies that enable the terrorists in the first place

There's a chance that the current generation of SJWs will birth a much more conservative generation.

I'd say that was more than a chance. Consider that the hippy generation were born from very religious and ultra conservative parents. We've got liberal parents who want their children to be gay. Liberal parents who dress their children up in girl's clothes (or boy's) and want to put them on hormone blockers or hormone replacement therapy so they can transition easier. All this kind of abuse is going to lead to a massive right wing shift in the next generation.
