China can make the assclown step down any moment they want to, annex their shit and keep it as seperate buffer state and sell it as NK's wish. They have them by the balls and don't want war on their border. They have a hard enough time as it is keeping the K-niggers in their country.
Tactical nukes are the dumbest meme. A nuclear power plant in Ukraine exploded with about the power of a dirty bomb and you could measure the shit in Iceland. No matter where the wind swings, it's not going to make people happy. Nobody can use China or Pakistan getting mad about fallout.

Anything that is or was socialistic got the Russia seal of approval back in Soviet times and that position never changed. No surprises there.
Russia views the world in "stuff we own and influence; stuff NATO own and influence". Best Korea is in the first category so it's going to be defended in words. I highly doubt they would defend it by actions.
