I don't think this is something anyone should even care about, honestly.
Also, I find it hilarious that the popular joke with Obama was that he couldn't string a complete sentence together without a teleprompter and without an, "uh," or, "um," yet Infowars seems to think, "When my mi--um, my, uh, uh, Michelle," is proof that he's attempting to stop himself from saying, "Michael," is somehow... solid evidence?
It's not like I've ever taken them seriously but this is looking like some Gay Frogs level stuff, here and I'm just... not compelled to care.

People generally check Infowars only because of Paul Joseph Watson, who coincidentally is the least kooky person on the site.
I don't doubt that Michael Obongo is a troon, but is anyone really going to be surprised? Pizza Media spent more than 8 years trying to prop up that steroid disaster ape as someone palatable to the public at large, and they absolutely failed. I don't think even proggies are fond of her.
