At this point, it looks like there's nothing to stop him from running again. All that court shit can be postponed until after election with enough motions/appeals. The attempts to remove him from the ballot have been rejected.

If he wins the Presidential race, he'll have billionaire cucks lining up to pay him off in exchange for quid pro quo. If he loses the Presidential race, then he loses everything. And I'm sure he knows that.

Musk doesn't want to pay anything, however. The rightwing millionaires don't like putting their money where their mouths are, unless it's in form of a direct bribe.

He only spends government money to blow up unfeasible rockets.

That matters fairly little to him. As long as the Tesla bubble doesn't pop and he gets to blow through millions of tax dollarinos despite being completely unable to fulfil his NASA contract, he's fine. Neither Biden nor Harris have done anything to impede him in any way.

Arguably, Trump losing has enabled him to insider trade the Artemis 3 contract in a blatantly fraudulent manner, that SpaceX is currently absolutely eating shit on because they suck.
