The FTM surgery is just as bad. They either stretch your clit so you have a micropenis like a DHI mod or they sew on a skin tube grafted from your back. This includes a permanent catheter and a neumatic cylinder to get an erection. It is way more complex and expensive compared to the chop so it isn't performed nearly as often.

As one of this forum's representatives of Generation X, I used to think there was something seriously wrong with a lot of you and your hate for/fear of women. If you'd asked me about it when I started posting here, I would guessed that it was too many video games or the effects of easily accessible porn or maybe even denial of your own homosexuality.

Over time, I've figured out how awful it is for young men these days. You're everyone's villain and being a victim of a "cisgender white male" is a status symbol these days.
