The only ones who don't understand this are culturless minorities with a chip on their shoulder and their white allies, who postulate that all non-white people are one big, happy family.

Which they should know is nonsense, as it's not the case for whites and a quick look at eastern Asia should clear that myth up real quick.

Got a kek out of some preview of some doctor soap opera today of some black bitch accusing a chink where that she was only employed because her parents are rich.
Meanwhile, both were only hired because of their ethnicity.
