I got a ticket earlier and thought it was an ESL guy until I got to the name and realized it was a black woman. I don't know how someone got hired with that level of English.

Was she talking in African-American Vernacular English (don't call it Ebonics) or something?

She was talking like grammar is not a thing and used weird phrasing I've never even heard in ebonics
