I haven't ever seen that one here. Some things are ridiculously difficult to procure here. Like a rye whiskey. People don't know about it, so it's not in demand.
I prefer an Old Fashioned with Burbon but a Manhattan with Burbon is just plain wrong.

Whiskey is distilled, not brewed. Anyway, that has nothing to do with you being able to get a dozen Burbons in every supermarket but having to search far and wide for a single rye.

If you can't find it in the supermarket or wherever, it should be fairly easy to import from the UK. In terms of overproof, there are few that are better for price as well as pure alcohol volume

Besides, fucking Marmite is already pretty expensive to import, I don't even want to know about booze.

Same producer means nothing. Marmite is made by Unilever and they just don't sell it here, despite half the supermarket being products made by them.

Can you get Cruzan in germany? They're definitely a "budget" brand, but I love Black Strap. I'd happily drink Black Strap over Spoony's overpriced Kracken or any comparable dark/navy rum.
