It's quite unfortunate some whale people believe training gyms are medical facilities. He should've consulted a doctor or hired a nutritionist if he was too lazy to learn how fat loss works.

Indeed, anyone who thinks doing exercise = losing weight is a fucking moron. It is 99.9% down to simply consuming less calories than you burn. I lost 250lbs and didn't go to a gym once in that time.

Any sort of exercise when you're really big is borderline lethal.
