What alternative, MMMMMMH? This LastAngryGeek guy who was also on TGWTG wasn't really all that angry, and he didn't have an "epic" storyline.
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

I'm talking on Youtube, just search comic book reviews. Sure they might not all be decent but at least they do actually review comicsVoiceOfReasonPast wrote: ↑Tue Oct 17, 2017 5:28 pmWhat alternative, MMMMMMH? He gets annoyed if you point out that he's not angry, and will inform you that his show is named after The Last Angry Man.VoiceOfReasonPast wrote: ↑Tue Oct 17, 2017 5:28 pmWhat alternative, MMMMMMH? Yeah, but none of them have that 'epic' storyline.

That's the biggest thing about his show: It's him reading a book, saying "This book sucks, it blah blah blah" and then 20 minutes of him play-fighting in his cramp apartment/house against the forces of evil as a quasi Doctor Who figure.
The comic part of his show is small and nearly meaningless compared to his 'deep plotz', which is a story sacrificed at the altar of his ego

He did start to mark the videos that had story in them, and promise to stick them more at the end and more convenient places for those who just want him to rant about comics.
You are absolutely right, though, where the "appeal" of the show for his sad fans is the ability to watch their hero solve all their problems through the power of plot convenience and magico-techno-babble. A fantasy where the villain always simply doesn't know or understand as much as our hero, and that lack of missing information is always what places them on the right path. Those who don't listen are of course simple monsters that can be destroyed.
Are we sure Linky is a conservative? 'Cause his stories are pretty much left-wing fantasy by the book.

His family was conservative. Lewis has no values other than fame. He's sacrificed his father's principles for fame. He's bended on moral grounds if it meant offending a channel awful producer.
This is a guy who chastised me for drawing on a Sunday, but bent on abortion because he wanted to pal with Lindsay Ellis.
